# Installation

Learn how to configure a remote connection to the LegisRatio MCP server.

## Connect to ChatGPT

Open the [official LegisRatio ChatGPT Plugin](https://chatgpt.com/plugins/plugin_asdk_app_6a6a218b6d8c81918cbc5424c5d77f7f) and add it to your ChatGPT workspace.

## Connect to Claude Code

With [Claude Code installed](https://code.claude.com/docs/en/quickstart), follow the official [Remote MCP installation guide](https://code.claude.com/docs/en/mcp#option-1-add-a-remote-http-server). Replace name and url with:

```

Follow authentication in the browser and login with your Plus subscription.

## Connect to Mistral LeChat

Open the website [Mistral LeChat](https://chat.mistral.ai/chat) and Login or Signup.

## Connect to Claude Desktop

### Installation Prerequisites

To correctly install the MCP Server you'll need: *Node.js*, *npm* and *python*.

### Server Connection

Download Claude Desktop directly from the [Claude website](https://www.claude.com/download).

After the installation and login, is necessary to update the configuration file (`claude_desktop_config.json`):

This configuration tells Claude to use the mcp-remote package to connect to the LegisRatio MCP server. Once configured, Claude will have access to all the legal research tools provided by the LegisRatio MCP server.
